Production Details
Auteur director Nayla Al Khajar and her debut film Three, features some of the best talent in the UAE and had Jefferson Hall of ‘House of Dragons’ and ‘Tenent’ fame as the main actor.
Nayla wanted to recreate the UAE interiors in Bangkok to get the most of the film’s budget and build a unique world of her own.
Mbrella Films provided complete feature film production services. We scouted locations and found 70% of the locations for the entire film in Bangkok. We also found most of the department head and crew needed for the production and flew over our crew to join the UAE portion of the shoot. Good crew travels.
Film Permits and Work Permits
Mbrella Films provided film permits and work permits for all foreign film crew. Including crew for Emirates, Qatar, Kuwait, Pakistan, India, England, France and the US.
Thailand Filming Locations
Three mainly shot in houses and studios in Bangkok. The key was finding locations that look like houses in the UAE and have arts and props from the UAE made or flown in to complete the look.
